- Working with clients to elicit requirements, defining user experience needs and effectively communicating those requirements to the technical team
- Enabling the transformation and performance improvement of the sales and marketing processes in various enterprises
- Structuring, analyzing and documenting companies’ current state, business processes design and functional gaps
- Guiding customers through the journey of implementing best practices and custom functionalities in order to achieve the desired target state
- Aligning the Solution Design & Implementation of the CRM solution according to customer requirements
- Working closely within a team of SAP Solution Architects, Developers, Project Managers and Business personnel to implement the solution;
- Understanding the integration process between SAP Cloud Solutions and 3rd party business systems
- Building relationships with clients, management and team members to ensure delivery of proposed solutions
- Managing customer requirements and being able to understand the business needs
- Assisting the Business Development/Account Manager representative with explaining the pre-requisites for integration, the solution capabilities and limitations
- Understanding and negotiating with the customers the boundaries of the standard solution and which are the options in providing around a solution
- Translating business requirements into a project with feasible functional and technical requirements
- At least 3 years of experience of implementing CRM solutions regardless of the technology (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Zoho CRM, HubSpot etc.)
- Good/Excellent understanding of the Sales and Marketing processes: from advertising/campaigns through lead generation and opportunity management to incentive management
- Strong knowledge of Business Processes in sales organizations
- Ability to perform assigned tasks independently and complete deliverables on time
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong business acumen – understanding entrepreneurship and business values
- Fluent English
- Excellent command of MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint or equivalent
- Basic IT background skills
Stand out with:
- Previous experience with SAP CRM or SAP C4C solutions
- Knowledge of SAP ECC and other SAP solutions
- Good command of German language
- Curiosity and fast learning of new technical components and concepts
- Motivated self-starter who can operate with little oversight and guidance
