Your CV is brought to the attention of our talent seekers and they review it for relevance to our current openings

You’re shortlisted, HR calling with an interview invitation

Reaching the second checkpoint means your skillset matches the requirements to at least one vacant position and we will be contacting you to schedule our first meeting

HR interview

At this place you will meet a member of our talent acquisition team with whom you will discuss mainly two topics:
•    You – who you are, what you have been doing so far and what you want to do for future
•    ScaleFocus – what we do, who we are, what we strive for, etc.

Technical interview

Arriving at the 4th checkpoint, you will need to bring your technical knowledge, since this is the place to talk with the colleagues, mastered the craft of software development*

*Hint: We know agility. Use the shortcut and combine HR and Tech interview.

Discussion with Hiring Managers & meeting with clients

At this stage your application is being discussed with hiring managers based on your input and our mutual chemistry, in order to present you the whole picture, there is an optional meeting with the client

Job Offer

The last step before entering the ScaleFocus world – a third meeting in our office to present you the job offer we have prepared for you
